EXCLUSIVE: Vipin Sharma opens up on the rising entourage cost of A-list actors; says, “Extra expenses hai film industry mein…”

Vipin Sharma is a talented Bollywood actor known for his versatile performances in Indian cinema. He gained widespread recognition for his role as the strict yet caring father in Taare Zameen Par (2007). Over the years, he has appeared in numerous films, showcasing his strong acting skills in movies like Gangs of Wasseypur, Paan Singh Tomar, and Rukh. Apart from acting, he has also explored filmmaking. Recently the acclaimed actor sat down with Bollywood Bubble for an exclusive chat and discussed the ins and outs of Bollywood. He also shared his experience working with Aamir Khan and Anurag Kashyap and entourage cast faced by directors.

Vipin Sharma on entourage cost of Bollywood

Vipin Sharma opened up on entourage cost saying and whether it affects him, “Bilkul padta hai, mai toh filhal toh industry ke zone me nahi hu. Aajkal baatcheet hone lagi haina ispe ki yeh joh extra expenses hai film industry mein ke, bade joh actors hai stars unka staff hai unka joh itna budget ka bohot bada hissa udhar jata hai, uska dusra drawback yeh hai ki agar aapki film ka ek major hissa inn sab cheezo me chala gaya toh aapke paas baaki paisa joh bacha hai usme aap fir apna best kaise kareoge.”

Further talking about the same he says, “Usme aisa ho sakte hai ki aapko best na mile. Ek actor agar bohot accha actor aapko chahiye lekin aapke pass utna budget nahi hai usko dene ke liye, after the main cast, the star cast. Toh uske jagah dusre actor ko leke aaoge joh utna accha nahi hai. So the thing is woh ek bohot bada hissa hai humari film industry ka.”

Vipin on how this affects the audience

Finally talking about the same, “Hum log yeh nahi samajh paa rahe hai ki film me ek aadmi joh chota sa kaam karta hai na woh bhi utna hi ehem hai jitna main star ehem hai. Yeh saari cheezo ka farak aapko padte pe dikhta nahi hai lekin subconsciously audience ko pata lagta hai. Filmo me aise hi hota hai, filme bhi badi spirtual experience hota hai. Joh audience haina usko pata lag raha hai ki kuch toh gadbad hua hai yeh dialogue. Yeh joh cheeze hai na bohot subtle hoti hia, subconscious level pe hoti hai toh inn cheezo ke baare me baat bhi nahi hoti, jaise mai maanta hu ke ek film dekh ke uss film ke shooting ke dauran kya hua hoga mai mehsoos kar leta hu ki mahool khushi wala raha hoga ya tense mahool raha hoga. Film me yeh sab jhalakta hai”

Vipin Sharma also spoke about his journey in the industry and shared his take on nepotism. The actor opened up on his experience working with Aamir Khan and discussed the casting process for Taare Zameen Par.
